1. Information We Collect

• Shop and app session data: After install, we receive your shop domain and OAuth session details (including access tokens and granted scopes) needed to call Shopify APIs for app functionality.
• Offer and booster configuration: We store offer rules, gift settings, booster display logic, scheduling, status, and related app configuration defined by the merchant.
• Product and theme context: Using approved app scopes, we access product and theme-related data as needed to evaluate offer rules, support app embed behavior, and keep storefront experience in sync.
• Discount function context: We process cart and discount input data required to evaluate the app’s Shopify Functions logic and return discounts for qualifying carts.
• Operational and billing context: We may store shop-level operational records (for example feature flags, usage counters, and plan or billing state) to run the service.
• End-customer personal data: We do not collect or retain customer personal data for independent marketing or profiling. Mandatory compliance webhooks are implemented for customer and shop data requests.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide the app’s admin workflows, offers and boosters logic, and discount execution behavior.
• Authenticate and maintain secure app sessions between Shopify and the app backend.
• Support app embed and storefront integrations required for Free Gift features to render and run.
• Operate, monitor, and secure the app, including troubleshooting and support.
• Comply with Shopify-required privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored in infrastructure used by this app to deliver service features. We retain merchant configuration and session data only as long as needed to operate the app and satisfy legal obligations. When the app is uninstalled, access is removed and retention cleanup is performed according to uninstall and shop/redact handling.

4. Sharing Data

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be processed by trusted subprocessors (for example hosting providers) only to operate and secure Free Gift. Shopify also processes data as the core commerce platform provider under Shopify terms and policies.

5. Your Rights and Contact
